Got questions?
We've got answers.
We've collected what we get asked most often - about automation, integrations, how we work, timelines and pricing. Can't find your question? Write to us.
The company and services
We build custom integrations and automations for businesses. We connect systems that normally don't talk to each other: Polish ERP systems (Subiekt nexo, Subiekt GT), e-commerce platforms (Allegro, Amazon, WooCommerce, Base) and AI tools. The result is data flowing without manual re-typing - orders, stock levels, invoices and quotes update automatically.
Off-the-shelf integrators follow a fixed pattern - they do what the vendor anticipated and nothing more. We write code for the specific process in your company. If the way you work doesn't fit a ready-made product, a custom integration adapts to you, not the other way round. We don't base deployments on no-code platforms. Where simple flows are enough we reach for n8n or Make, but the core of every deployment is our own code, which we fully control and can take in any direction.
We work with companies across industries - renewable energy, e-commerce, wholesale, fashion and retail, as well as medical practices. The common denominator isn't the industry but the need: many systems that have to work together, and processes that can be automated.
Scope of services
Most often: Subiekt nexo PRO and Subiekt GT (via the Sfera SDK), Allegro (REST API), Amazon (SP-API), WooCommerce, Base, Sprint 2, Vendero and AI tools (chatbots, voice assistants). If a system exposes an API or a database, we can usually connect to it.
Write to us. The list above is a short version - in practice we integrate with most systems that have an API or database access. During the first call we check whether and how it can be connected, before you order anything.
Yes. We design and build websites, as well as fully professional, automated online stores - integrated with your ERP, warehouse and sales channels. Automation means stock levels, prices and orders need no manual handling, and the store works as part of one coherent system rather than a separate island.
Yes. We run campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads and Allegro Ads, and we produce the creatives - graphics and video - in-house, with our own methods. That way the ad, the content and what happens after the click (e.g. the store or the integration) play together, not separately.
Yes. We build chatbots (e.g. for handling quote requests and customer support) and AI voice assistants. We connect them to your knowledge base and systems (CRM, ERP) so they answer from real data, not generalities.
Yes. We tailor the training to your needs - from the basics of working with AI tools to specific applications in your company. Above all we teach how to work with knowledge bases connected to an AI model. That way the AI answers from your real data and documents instead of making things up (hallucinating).
Working together and the process
- 01Call and analysis - we get to know your process and your goal.
- 02Audit and quote - we check technical feasibility and prepare the scope and cost.
- 03Implementation - we write and test the integration.
- 04Go-live - we deploy on your side and verify on real data.
- 05Support - optional care for the running solution.
A typical deployment takes 2-3 weeks from kick-off to production. A larger project is split into 2-3 week stages, each ending with a working piece. The exact date comes with the quote, after the analysis.
Yes. We operate as a registered company (PRODAUT sp. z o.o., NIP (tax ID) 7481597304), we issue invoices and work under a contract that defines the scope, the deadline and the cost.
Costs
Every project is priced individually, because the scope and the systems differ. The free consultation ends with a ballpark estimate. You get the exact price and date in the process audit (PLN 699 net, credited in full toward the implementation). We charge no subscription for "platform access" - you pay once for a specific deployment.
We start with a free consultation. Then a process audit for PLN 699 net - you get a document with the architecture, scope, price and date, and the audit fee is credited in full toward the implementation. Once you accept the proposal we issue a pro forma invoice with payment split in two: 40% up front and 60% on completion. We start work once the first part is paid. All terms are confirmed in the contract before we begin.
Support, security and rights
Yes - three months from acceptance. During that time we fix bugs in the delivered functionality free of charge. The warranty is independent of the support package: fixing a bug doesn't eat into the technical care hours you pay for. Small touch-ups reported during the warranty period we usually do on the spot; bigger scope changes are quoted separately, so it's clear what you're paying for.
Usually before you do. The systems we deploy report errors to our monitoring (GlitchTip, Sentry-compatible, on our own server) together with the execution trace, so a failure lights up on our side by itself. You can report issues by e-mail to kontakt@prodaut.pl or with a short WhatsApp message to the person who ran the deployment - either one automatically opens a ticket in our system (Zammad) and, from it, a task that lands in the same second on our company chat and task list. We can also embed a report button in the application that does exactly the same.
Yes, and it's something different from the warranty. The warranty (three months) covers bugs in what we built. Support is ongoing care for the running solution: reacting to changes in external systems (e.g. API updates), fixes and further development of the integration. We agree the scope and terms individually after the deployment, once the real needs are known - you then get a dedicated technical care proposal.
We design integrations with error handling and logging so the cause can be found quickly. Situations like this are handled under support. The most common cause of failure is a change on the side of external systems (e.g. a new API version) - which is why technical care genuinely matters.
We work in line with GDPR. Integrations run in your infrastructure or on agreed, secured servers, and we limit data access to the necessary minimum. With sensitive data (e.g. medical) we apply extra safeguards and advise which channels must not be used.
We follow the standard of professional software houses - once the full fee is paid, the copyright to the custom code written for you transfers to you. The finished solution is fully yours and you're not dependent on us. Our universal components, libraries and internal tools used across many projects, as well as open-source elements and third-party services, remain under their own licences - we provide the license needed to use the solution. The exact scope of the rights transfer is written into the contract, so there's no doubt.
Logistics
We work remotely, which speeds up the deployment and lowers the cost. If a project requires otherwise, we agree it individually.
