The information we provide under Art. 13 GDPR to everyone who writes to us through the form or by e-mail, or books a consultation.

Who processes your data

Why and on what basis
- -replying to your enquiry, preparing a quote and scheduling a consultation - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (correspondence on behalf of the company you represent),
- -performance of a contract, if one is concluded - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- -defending against and pursuing legal claims - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- -measuring ad performance: only after consent in the cookie banner, a hash (SHA-256) of the e-mail address from your form is passed to Google Ads to match the enquiry to an ad - Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Who we share it with
Providers that help us run our correspondence and the site: Resend (e-mail delivery, servers in the EU), Google (Google Workspace mail and calendar), Vercel (hosting). The full list and information on transfers outside the EEA are in the privacy policy.
For how long
We keep correspondence until the matter is closed, no longer than 12 months from the last contact. Contract-related data - for the term of the contract and the limitation period for claims.
Your rights
Access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection, and a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland). Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your message. We do not make automated decisions and do not profile within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
