Handing over a project is not the moment we stop picking up the phone. The ticketing system and monitoring run from day one after launch - one shows us what is on fire, the other gives you a place to tell us about it.
Every error lands in our monitoring with a full stack trace - the same standard as Sentry, only hosted on our own server. We usually know about an outage before anyone on your side has noticed.
An e-mail to kontakt@prodaut.pl or a short WhatsApp message to the person who ran your project is enough. Either one opens a ticket in our system by itself, and a task from it - in the same second, on our company chat and on the task list. The report button we can embed in your app works the same way. Nothing waits for someone to check an inbox.
Bugs in what we built are fixed free of charge for three months - independently of any support package, so a fix never eats into your support hours. Small tweaks in that time we usually do on the spot. After that, ongoing support is there if you want it.
