    PLN 699 net. In 3-7 days you get a document: architecture, scope, risks, price and delivery date. The full amount is credited toward the implementation.

- WHEN NO-CODE IS ENOUGH, AND WHEN IT ISN'T

Make and n8n are fine for simple flows. Business processes are a different league.

We use them where they're enough: simple connections between cloud apps. With business processes, four things come into play:

  • -operation limits in the subscription plan
  • -a price that grows with your volume
  • -data passing through the provider's servers
  • -no native connectors for software installed on your premises, e.g. Subiekt

That's why we write custom code there: you pay once for the implementation, your data stays with you, and the solution works with any system that has an API, a database or even just a file.

Questions that come up on the first call.

How long does implementation take?

A typical implementation takes 2-3 weeks from kickoff to production. We split a bigger project into 2-3 week stages, each ending with a working piece. You get the exact date in the audit, together with the price.

What if my system has no API?

Most software has a database, a file export or an SDK (e.g. Sfera for Subiekt). We work with what's there. During the consultation we check whether and how it can be connected, before you order anything.

Do I have to switch systems?

No. We build the automation around what you use today. We only suggest a switch when the numbers show it pays off, and that's your decision.

What about GDPR and data security?

Every project starts with an NDA, and where we process personal data on your behalf we sign a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The solution runs in your infrastructure or on agreed servers in the EU, with access limited to the minimum.

How much does it cost?

The consultation is free and ends with a rough price range. You get the exact price and date in the audit (PLN 699 net, credited in full toward the implementation). You pay once for the implementation, with no subscription to a middleman.
