Really free? Where's the catch?
There's no catch and no credit card. The audit takes us a few hours and we do it because we need to know ourselves whether your process can be automated in a sensible way. If the numbers say it won't pay off, you'll hear it plainly - that's cheaper for both of us than an implementation that never pays back for the client. That's why we take 5 companies a month, not every one.
How is it different from the paid audit for PLN 699 net?
Scope. The free audit is a call and one page: which processes are worth automating, how many hours a month that gives back and in what price range. The paid audit (PLN 699 net) is several days of work and an implementation document: solution architecture, exact scope, risks, a fixed price and a delivery date - that's what we sign the contract on. The full amount of the paid audit is later credited toward the implementation. You move to the paid one only if you want to; the free one triggers nothing automatically.
What if I decide not to build it with you?
That's a normal scenario and it's fine. The summary is yours - you can take it to another company, get a quote from a competitor or do the project in-house. We claim no rights to it and run no follow-up campaigns. We'd rather you came back in a year with a concrete topic than blocked our e-mail.
What do I need to prepare for the call?
Nothing in writing. It's enough that you know how the process looks today: who handles it, in which systems and how long it takes. It helps if you know rough volumes - how many orders, invoices or inquiries a month. The rest is our questions.
Do you sign an NDA before the call?
Yes, on request and before the first detail of your process. By default we send our own agreement, but we also work on your template.
Which processes do you audit most often?
Retyping orders between an online store, a marketplace (Allegro, Amazon, Base.com) and an ERP (Subiekt nexo or GT), issuing and routing invoices, reports stitched together by hand from several systems, handling repetitive quote requests and synchronising stock levels. If your process is from a different shelf, we'll still take a look - and tell you honestly if it's not our field.
